Noam Kobel, Lake Silvaplana, Switzerland

Rider Noam Kobel, location Lake Silvaplana, Switzerland, photographer Lukas Pitsch
Lukas: High up at 1800 meters above sea level, Lake Silvaplana's icy waters usually demand wetsuits. But not this year, and not if you have the same pumping skills as Noam Kobel. Before the thermal winds of the Engadin Valley kicked in, the youngsters with their never-ending energy use the calm morning for some pumpfoil action before switching to other wind sports. The amazing skills of the 16-year-old Swiss talent Noam left us truly amazed. Capturing this shot of him was quite an effortless task...
Haunui Haumani, Maui

Rider Haunui Haumani, location Maui, photographer Shannon Stent
Shannon: It was the week of the M20, the Molokai to Oahu downwind race and with a large contingent of the AXIS team already on island, we decided it would be a great opportunity to set up base on Maui to test the new ART Pro wings and shoot some material for the upcoming release. Although they weren’t there to race, Toaura and Haunui Haumani, aka @twinsbrothertahiti are so fun to have around we couldn’t resist bringing them along too. This day we were shacked up at one of Adrian Roper’s mates’ place, right on the beach at Sprecks, literally 20 steps and you’re in the wind and waves. Shooting with the twins is a dream, Haunui is goofy and Toaura regular, and both extremely talented, you get serious bang for your buck!
