We have identified a small number of counterfeit products being marketed and sold as AXIS equipment, primarily originating from unauthorized manufacturers in China.

These products present serious safety risks. They are not designed, engineered, tested, or quality-controlled by AXIS and do not meet our material or performance standards. As a result, they may fail without warning, potentially causing injury, loss of control, or damage to property.

These counterfeit items are illegal imitations. They are produced and sold in violation of AXIS intellectual property rights, including registered trademarks, protected designs, and proprietary technologies. AXIS does not authorize any manufacturing through third-party factories in China or sales via direct-to-consumer marketplace channels.

Products offered through Chinese online marketplaces or sold directly from unauthorized factories are not legitimate AXIS products. The manufacture, distribution, sale, and in many jurisdictions the purchase, importation, or possession of counterfeit goods may expose individuals and businesses to legal consequences, including seizure of goods by customs authorities, financial penalties, and potential liability for supporting intellectual property infringement.

AXIS Foils actively enforces its intellectual property rights worldwide. This includes working with customs authorities and enforcement agencies to identify and seize counterfeit shipments, as well as pursuing legal action against manufacturers, distributors, and parties involved in the sale or movement of infringing goods.
