Luke: The 2024 AWSI event in Hood River was a blast! My first time on the mainland of the USA and it did not disappoint. Over the actual event period we had complete glass out days at the event site, with Foil Drives, SUP Foils and boat wakes all getting a workout! This session was riding the wake of our mate Toby Mcelravey – and what a wake! My first time ever wake foiling and the wave coming off this boat was mental. Here I am riding the AXIS ART V2 879 which was epic, turning right in the pocket of the wake and just going turn after turn after turn! I think at one point we had about 16 people up riding the wake of this one boat. It was such an epic experience and I was stoked to be a part of it all. Can’t wait for next year!
