Kai Thompson wins the downwind SUP foil at the Crozon Foil Festival 2025

"Two downwind races where your combined time decides the winner. Race one, 16 km of fast bay-style bumps, had a very interesting start for me, missing the start by a minute. Race two, 30 km of big swell and stronger winds. I quickly took the lead and pushed hard for the first half, trying to put as much distance as possible on my competitors." Race one on the Tempo 1090, race two on the Tempo 1020, both with the 30 rear.
Team mate Luke Atkinson won the surf foil competition at the same event.
